General Industrial Diamond has developed and manufactures unique machines that generate radii, angles, and forms on diamond and CBN wheels. These machines are simple to operate, highly accurate, and extremely cost effective.
There are three models available; the E228, E228V and
E228VM. All models are user friendly, compact, and constructed
for maximum rigidity, especially for CNC tool grinders
that utilize wheel packs.
They have provisions for excellent dust collection to
maintain a clean working environment. The machines can
be connected to an existing dust collection system or
an independent vacuum unit. A video vision system is standard
with both the E228V and E228VM machines.
The E228V/M takes the place of GIDCO's E226V and 252 machines.
Hundreds of these units are currently in use, both at
product fabricators and other diamond and CBN wheel producers.
